We make your magnets and pint glasses to order. Processing takes 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Shipping time begins after processing.
Economy shipping
US economy shipping is $4.90 on orders below $35 and free on orders of $35 or more. The estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after processing. Available services and the final shipping charge appear at checkout.
2-Day shipping
Available within the continental United States only, based on the combined weight of your order: up to 1 lb is $11; over 1–2 lb is $13; over 2–3 lb is $15; over 3–4 lb is $18; and over 4–5 lb is $24. A magnet weighs approximately 4 oz and a pint glass weighs approximately 16 oz. Orders above 5 lb can use economy shipping. The two-business-day transit time starts after your order is made; it does not include our 1–2 business days of processing. Orders above the weight limit do not qualify for this option.
30-day returns
Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges must be unused and in their original condition. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact help@iforgotasouvenir.com with your order number to arrange a return and receive return instructions.
Refunds
We issue refunds as soon as we receive valid return tracking. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit in your account.
Personalized items
Personalized items are eligible for a replacement or refund only if they arrive damaged or the order is incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email help@iforgotasouvenir.com with your order number and a description of the issue. A photo helps us understand what happened. We cover return postage for damaged or incorrect items when a return is needed.
