Shopping with I Forgot a Souvenir
These terms describe shopping through iforgotasouvenir.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online commerce platform used to display products and process checkout.
Products and prices
Please review the product description, pack size, selected designs, quantity, and shipping address before submitting an order. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Screen settings can affect how colors appear.
Mix-and-match magnet packs
A pack contains the number of magnets selected when ordering. You can mix available designs or repeat a design. Increasing a pack’s cart quantity orders additional copies of the same design combination. Build another pack to choose a different combination.
Processing and delivery
Magnet orders are made to order in 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Delivery time begins after processing. Available delivery services, prices, and regional restrictions are described in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout.
Returns and order problems
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with customers paying return postage for change-of-mind returns. Personalized items are eligible for a replacement or refund only for damaged or incorrect orders. We cover return postage for damaged or incorrect items when a return is needed. Your information
Provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared, including through Shopify.
Using this website
Please use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or submit fraudulent orders. Product availability and prices may change; the details shown for your order at checkout apply to that purchase.
